Cancellation Policy

At Euphoria Electrolysis, appointment times are reserved just for you. I ask that all clients arrive on time and provide adequate notice for cancellations.

Late Policy

• Late arrivals will be charged the full amount of the service booked, even if there is not enough time to complete the entire service.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with the appointment.

• Repeat late arrivals may result in declined rebooking.

No-Show Policy

• If you book an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the service booked.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice for a consultation appointment may result in declined rebooking.

• Repeated short-notice cancellations or rescheduling may require prepayment of future appointments and/or may result in declined rebooking.

Right to Decline Rebooking / Discontinue Services

To ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for both clients and practitioner, I reserve the right to decline future appointments or discontinue services at any time if:

• The professional relationship is not a good fit,

• I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected, or

• Communication or expectations are not compatible with my practice.

This ensures that every client receives care in an environment that supports professionalism, safety, and mutual respect.
